Refund & Cancellation

1. Free demo & trial

You can book a free demo, and new shops may be given a free trial of 15 days. This lets you evaluate LaundryMax with no charge and no card required. Nothing is billed automatically when the trial ends — the account simply moves to read-only until you choose a paid plan.

2. Subscription billing

Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly or yearly). Your subscription gives you access to the plan's features for that period. Prices are in Indian Rupees, and the price shown at purchase is the final price for that billing cycle.

3. Renewal

Subscriptions do not auto-renew and no payment instrument is stored on your behalf. Before a period ends we will remind you, and access continues only once the next period is paid for. If a period lapses, your account moves to read-only — your data is not deleted.

4. Cancellation

To cancel, email info@laundrymax.in from your registered address or message +91 98244 36736 with your shop name and registered number. Cancellation stops any further billing and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. There are no cancellation charges.

5. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, since the service is available to you for that period. We will refund in full where you were charged in error, charged twice, or the service was unusable for a sustained period due to a fault on our side.

6. How to request a refund, and what happens next

• Send your request to info@laundrymax.in within 7 days of the charge, with your shop name, registered number and the payment reference.
• We acknowledge every request within 2 business days.
• We tell you whether the refund is approved or rejected within 7 business days, with the reason.
• Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method used for the charge.
• Once approved, the refund is processed within 7 business days; your bank or UPI provider may take a few days more to credit it.
